The only way you could possibly force your father to submit to DNA testing is if you get a Court Order for him to take a Paternity test.
The thing is if you try to force this on him he will resent you and you will probably never have a hope of any good feelings there.

How old are you? I think that will have to be taken to court…easiest way, If your mom took him to court for child support. He would probably fight it and then the court would order a DNA test.
If you older then 18… I don’t know if you have an option….?

If he is taken to court for child support and back child support (the stuff he should have paid from when you were born) the court will order him to take a DNA test. If you are 18 and older I am not sure if you can sue for back child support, you’d have to ask a laywer about that one.

If you are underage, your mom can get the courts to order him to submit to DNA, otherwise, no.
