Now new evidence has come up that the judge has elected to ignor.
Is there a US Code that we can use to compell the judge to reconcider new evidence. With the new evidence entered into the court the Judge woun't have any choice but to overturn his previous paternity finding.
The judge is partial to the opposing attorney.
