I file child support and the court send me a letter to do the dna test on my own. I do not know where I have to go, I call the court house and they told me that they are not lawyer so can't answer that question..... unfortunally i can't affort a lawyer.
Anybody has an idea.

because my dad was stationed in subic bay philippines at the time when he meet my mom the thing is he never signed my birth certificate i know he is still alive i already talk to him the thing is when he found out who am i he hung up the phone. so is there a way for me to get him to submit into a DNA TESTING?

What are the conditions or other evidences to prove that your marriage is for real. If for example, you married a US citizen woman and she got pregnant. Does that automatically win you a greencard renewal for 10 yrs? Or would the US govt still require a DNA test to prove if the baby is really from the couple.

Or is it not that exact?
My father knows little about his genetic history because his father was adopted and never knew his mother that well.
My mothers side is also hard to keep track of as she cut off of contact with most of them years ago.

Could it be possible that the DA want him to take a deal because my friend wants the dna results but it seem like it's taking forever.

I remember doing the tests in a high school AP biology lab where we put the testing material into a cetrafuge, extracted the material, put it in the gel, and got the results with all the bars. What is the term for that? I want to put that on a resume but can't remember the frikin' term because it was over a decade ago. At least it shows even back in high school I was capable of that level of labwork.

is dna collected when you are arrested, or not until you are convicted? and if it is collected when you are arrested, is it destroyed when proved not guilty?
