I have a question on dna testing, my son has resently done a dna test to see if he is the father of my grandson… BUT… I walked in on the mother of the child that was having sex with my other son whom is the alleged childs father, I’ve never told him this to protect my other son, but she got pregnant. She didn’t actually tell us until she was 5 months, they are not married, but now my son has done this dna test with the baby, he thinks it belongs to someone else but he has no clue it could belong to his own full brother. My questions is since they are full brothers will the dna come back that he is the father since they are full brothers even if he is not if one of them are the father?

I can see that you are in an awkward situation. I cannot give you a definite answer – hopefully someone else will see your question and be able to provide an expert view to help you.
