First, was it a court order for a DNA test? When I went to court they ordered the test but also for me to set it up.
If they did not order it you will need to file for a parentage determination with the court; they may have forms you can fill out.
The testing service must have ‘chain of custody’ and the accreditations that are required by Florida law. I used Labcorp for mine (that was who the court said to use).
So if it was court ordered, you just need to set it up with testing service; if not get it into court.
You need an attorney before you do anything, look around for a firm willing to take a case upon a sliding scale or pro bono. You will find one after some searching.
There is a link below that should help you out. DNA testing will cost anywhere from $350 to $500. Its a pretty expensive procedure, but def cheaper than having to get an attorney. Hope this helps.
