How can I get DNA Testing on my father but he isnt my birth certificate?

Im 17 now, I seen him today and he walked past me and went into the backroom of my uncles house to talk to someone and was like I'm not his father, and my uncle said go talk to him, and he was like I'm not talking to him! We look alike, everyone says hes my dad, and my mom says hes the onyl one she had intercourse with.

Whoever your father is, he clearly produced a fine son. Just ignore the ___’s, I needed them for placeholders.
You and your mom would need to go to family court and formaly claim he’s your father; then tests will be ordered.
Your (possible) father can’t refuse the DNA testing once it’s ordered by the court.
