What are the conditions or other evidences to prove that your marriage is for real. If for example, you married a US citizen woman and she got pregnant. Does that automatically win you a greencard renewal for 10 yrs? Or would the US govt still require a DNA test to prove if the baby is really from the couple.

Yes, DNA will prove you are not trying to pin someone elses child on him. Also, it he is the father, it does not entitle you to a green card. It is also fraudulent to marry for a green card.

you having a child with someone doesn’t proof a marriage between the two.DNA is only necessary to proof whether the child is yours,that’s if you have doubt,also if the wife/girlfriend is requesting child support its excellent idea to do a DNA. child and immigration marriage is different entirely.

well if you married to U.S Citizen then i assume there is a marriage certificate issue? if not register your marriage and apply for green card.
