I have read that there is a DNA test that reveals the breeds in my dog's genetic makeup.
I would like to know how to get her DNA tested?
I don't care what breed she is, I love her so much but I am just really curious.
She resembles some sort of german shepherd/bulldog/collie!!
Thanks!

What are the conditions or other evidences to prove that your marriage is for real. If for example, you married a US citizen woman and she got pregnant. Does that automatically win you a greencard renewal for 10 yrs? Or would the US govt still require a DNA test to prove if the baby is really from the couple.

my friend is pregnant, and it could be between 2 different guys. the second guy totally took advantage of her when she was drunk and upset about another guy.
the chance that it is the douches kid are pretty small but they both want to get a prenatal DNA test, but can not afford it. for child support purposes, and DR bills would the state pay for it?

If the father of a child wants a DNA test to be performed to decide whether or not the baby is his, does the mother of the child need to be present to consent to the test?
Ahaha. I forgot that they need the mother's DNA too. DUH. Lol. I feel dumb now.

Thanks.

We recently adopted a puppy and nobody could tell us what breed he is. They said that the mother was some kind of a mix and nobody knows who the dad is. I've heard about those Home test kits. But I don't know if I would waste my money on that. Do they actually work? Where do I get them?
Or does anybody about how much a "real" dna test at the vet is?
Of course I love my dog no matter what breed he is. I just would like to know because people ask all the time what he is and it makes me feel stupid to say "i don't know". I think as a good dog mommy I should know what breed he is.

I've heard of a few places online in which you can send in a sample of your dogs blood and they'll run a DNA test to determine the breed(s). Has anyone tried these? Do you believe they are accurate?

Im an aspiring entreprenuer, and I was recently researching the cost of a personal dna test due to a friends situation, and an idea came to me. I could dna test at home for a competitive price... is it possible to set up a lab at home?

I have yet to get a clear answer on what defines a jew....especially when in concerns immigration to Israel.
If a DNA test shows someone to be of (Ashkenazi Jew) a certain haplotype, does this "hold any water" when documenting your heritage in immigration?
