Ever since I adopted Judge, I've wanted to know what else is in him besides beagle. The beagle is very obvious, but his snout is too long, his chest is too broad, and the legs are too long for him to be purebred. Where can I go for a DNA test, or do I just mail in a cotton swab with his spit or something? If so, what's the address? How accurate are the tests?

Is there a service which will perform a dna test from samples of two individuals to determine whether or not they are related. I am tracing my family history and am in contact with someone on the opposite side of the Atlantic, (Does the distance cause a problem for testing?) and we think a dna test would help decide whether or not we are related.
