if a man signs the acknowledgement of paternity and then finds out the baby is not his...does the state still hold him responsible? also if they snuck a at home dna test does that hold up in court since it could be tampered with?????

My cousin has been going with this girl, 'C' for 6 yrs. 'C's family said that she was sleeping with my cousins best friend. When my cousin came back from school 'C' got pregnant and gave the child my cousins last name. Everyone said that the baby didn't look anything like either one of them. We were hearing that 'C' was still messing around with the best friend. 'C' got pregnant again, 2 wks before she delivered, she asked could her mom go into the deliverly room instead of my cousin. My cousin cut the cord on the 1st child. Her mother was in the room at the time of deliverly, and the boy child was given 'C's last name. The children are 13 months apart, they both have different last names even though they are suppose to have the same mom & dad. He's a little mad, because he wondering why they both don't have the same last name weather it be hers or his. Everyone tried to convince my cousin to get a DNA test but he won't. Does anyone know of a home DNA test or website?

My husband and I took a home dna test kit with our daughter and it came back 99.9% positive that he is her father. It said the chances were one in like 18 million. I was wanting to know if anyone has ever had any postive results that were actually nevgative. I had a one night fling with a friend after learning my husband had been cheating on me for a year but this was approx. 14 to 15 days later than my ultrasounds(3) measured me being. My husband and I patched things up and I know in my heart that he is our daughter's father. She is the identical image to him, same eyes, hair, nose, mouth, body shape and all.

My son is 9 months old and i am starting to have doubts if i am the father. When he was born i didn't think that he looked like me, but everybody kept saying that he had my nose even my mother. so i just believed it. as he is getting older more and more people are saying that he doesn't look like me at all. his nose is starting to curve downward and neither me or the mothers does. When the mother of my child found out that she was pregnant she told me that she had slept with another man and it could be his. I have never seen him and i don't know if the child is mine. well now me and the mother are not together and i really can't stand her. she is always talking about what I'm not doing for my child. And i know that it is so much more i would love to do for him I'm just not able to. But i do pick him up to spend time with me, I do buy him things and i am a active father. I told her to just hit me for child support but she refuses to. my mother says it because its a possibility that the baby isn't mine. now i really don't want to be on child support; i feel i am being a good father but it just makes me wonder why she refuses to. We could get a DNA test now and the state would pay for it but i know that if the results come back that he is mine them h'm going to have to pay child support plus back child support and i'm struggling now with out the state garnishing my wadges. My mother was telling me about a home DNA test that i could get from Walgreen's and i read about it and it seems to get some good results. I just want to know if any one has used it that can tell me how was their experience, and i need to know if they will need a sample from all three parties (me my baby's mother, and our son). I need to know because i really don't even want her to know that i am getting the test. Please let me know what happened if you tried one of these test.

my friend paid 100$ for dna test. when the real test cost over 400$..do u think home dna a test r real?do u know any one who taken a home dna test...
u just swab ur mouth and send the test to a lab.u dont do the test ur self
