I assume PCR is involved. If so, are long, specific primers used or shorter, less specific primers (DAF) used? Or perhaps restriction fragment length polymorphisms (RFLP) would work best? Do techniques vary between different agencies and departments? I’m not planning anything, (seriously) just wondering.
