The pros of dna is that we could easily find a murderer at a murder scene with fingerprints that left from him. In my orionino, there cons for dna is: when the murderer has clean record, never been to jail, the police will have a hard time finding him. As for twins, their dna are very identical, but still there is some difference in their dna. Twins’ 22 pairs of chromosomes are the same but there is one pair me chromosomes are different. So I am sorry to offend the first answerer. In my opinion, dna is very important for CSI. Without dna, it is very hard for the police to crack the case

Pros of DNA fingerprinting is that it’s accurate and doesn’t take long. The only drawback is that you can’t distinguish between the DNA of identical twins.
I can’t imagine why anyone would be against the use of it.
