What are the consequences of not appearing for required dna testing?

The father of my child and I were both required to appear for dna testing at the Child Support building to establish paternity for our child.I appeared with the baby,however he did not appear.
What happens from here?

If he was court ordered to submit to a DNA test and did not appear..then he would be in comtempt of a court order and face jail time. There could be a warrant out for his arrest.
