   Your body will recognise it as foreign cells and will try to destroy it. Most probably creating clots that could lead to fatal complications. No mutation will happen though.

   Your body would not like it and would probably reject it, like a cold or virus.

   but…. NO you would not have some weird mutation or change, you would just get sick if it was a large amount.

   Your immune system would see the dog’s blood as a foreign tissue. This would activate the immune system. I suspect that you would have the symptoms of a really bad infection, even if the blood were not infectious per se.

   No mutations or anything. If you injected enough, it could cause an allergic reaction. That could have quite serious consequences if you really injected a lot, but other than that, nothing weird would happen.
